2025 Spring Rec Information Guide

PBGYAA Girl’s Softball offers a Recreational Softball Program that runs from January-April each year. All girls who are at least 4 years of age through 14 years of age by December 31st of the previous year are eligible to participate. This program offers girls the opportunity to compete with same-age, same-gender peers in a positive environment. Players learn the fundamentals of softball while participating in a fun, exciting activity that promotes physical fitness. We offer TBall, 8U, 10U, 12U and 14U divisions during the Rec Softball Season. The softball fields are located at the Lake Catherine Sports Complex on MacArthur Boulevard in Palm Beach Gardens.

Does your player wish to take their softball game to a higher level? The Palm Beach Gardens Lady Gators travel program is recognized throughout the travel community as one of the top programs in the State of Florida. Multiple teams are formed each Spring and Fall in all divisions. Come visit us in the Swamp!

We are a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization which relies heavily on donations and sponsorships. Our Program is run by a group of very dedicated volunteers. The thirteen men and women who comprise our Board of Directors work tirelessly year round to ensure an enjoyable experience will be had by all. The Palm Beach Gardens Youth Athletic Association shall assist in the positive physical and emotional development of our youth by providing programs for active participation in amateur sports. Shall encourage children of school age (K-12 grade) to participate in these programs. Shall take whatever steps necessary to provide an opportunity to participate, to any child, regardless of physical ability, ethnic background or financial resources. Shall seek to demonstrate and promote the concepts of team participation, spirit of competitiveness and fair play, both on and off the field, by players, coaches, officials, family and fans alike. Shall actively seek the necessary funding to accomplish its objectives.

It is because of our enthusiastic volunteers throughout the PBGYAA sports leagues that our programs are so successful. All volunteer coaches have gone though a full background check by the city of Palm Beach Gardens. Each Division Board consists of incredibly dedicated volunteers who are elected for an annual term.
