When do you play?
Our season begins in May and runs through June. There are typically two games per week during the season: one weeknight game and one weekend game. Rainouts will be rescheduled based on field availability.

How long is the season? Are there playoffs?
The regular season runs through the first week of June. Playoffs and championship games are currently scheduled for the second week of June.

Where do you play?
This year, our practices and games will be held at Gardens District Park in Palm Beach Gardens.

What kind of time commitment does flag football require?
There will be two weeks of practice time scheduled before the first games. Practice times are assigned by the league and organized by the coach and, like games, will last about an hour.

Teams will play two games each week during the season. Weekday games are held Tuesday-Friday and will start at 5:30, 6:30 or 7:30 p.m. (older age groups typically start later).

Weekend games will start at 8:00 a.m. on Saturdays with the last games starting at noon.

Practice sessions during the season are at the discretion of the coach.

What are the age divisions?
** NOTE – Age Divisions are based on school age/grade (same birthdate guidelines as Palm Beach County Schools). The registration process will automatically register your child for the appropriate division based on date of birth.
Freshman Coed: Kindergarten and 1st Graders (No Evaluations Required)
