Parents,

As stated, when signing up for this season of Football, the Pop Warner organization is trying to go more digistal with paperwork.  With this process, things are a little different than in the past and maybe a little more redundant as Pop Warner continues to move this process forward.

Below are a few steps that we need each parent to do to ensure we are in compliance with Pop Warner and the Treasure Coast Football Conference.

1. Please make sure you have signed the 2 digital consent forms.  Below is a link to those forms unfer each of your children that are playing football.

2. Below are 2 PDF's that must be filled out and uploaded to each player on the Sports Connect system. (Same system you used to register your child for sports with PBGYAA as well as signing the digital documents.)  We have also provided a video with step by step instructions for uploading the documents.
