PBGYAA Board PBGYAA Executive Board Meeting Information

Meeting of the PBGYAA Executive Board are generally scheduled for the 2nd Thursday of each month. The meetings are held at The DoubleTree Hotel in PBG. ALL meetings start at 7pm. The meetings are open to everyone, if you have an agenda item you would like to discuss with the Executive Board please notify us by mailing a request to be placed on the agenda to: (Agenda items are roughly defined as those issues that will exceed 10 minutes to present) please include your name, phone number and subject to discuss.

If you would like to speak at the Executive Board Meeting about an item of interest, Public Comments are accepted under the "Public Comments" agenda item, comments are limited to 3 minutes.
